After a very successful session on Public Engagement in e-Science here are the outputs which we had agreed to at the end:

Need science tools for blogging
Wiki open to the public etc.
Web 2.0 technology should the scientists friend
Public as well as scientific contributions
School engagement
Desirable to be in the curriculum (Keystage)
Teaching guides
Need specific PeS funding onto all research awards
Journalists need education
Balance shown is sometimes not representative
Use of content identification
